Shipments are made via LTL freight truck and will be delivered to the exterior door of your address.

Please ensure you are following your state required health safety and sanitation guidelines.

Spray the disinfectant evenly across the surface.

Allow the disinfectant to sit for the recommended time according to the product instructions to effectively kill germs.

Using a clean, soft cloth or disposable paper towel, wipe down the surface thoroughly to remove any remaining disinfectant and residue.

Ensure the entire surface, including seams and crevices, are cleaned.

Wipe the bed with a dry cloth to remove any moisture and prevent water spots or mildew.

Check the bed for any spots or areas that may need additional cleaning. Repeat the process if necessary.

12 Month Replacement Warranty.

12 Month limited warranty covers stitched seams, frame, cushion webbing, and vinyl adhesion.

Email photos and a description of any issues to noah@avenmt.com to begin warranty process. Aven Designs will ship replacement pieces that are covered under this warranty to the
customer.

This limited warranty is only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

12 Month limited warranty begins on the date customer receives the product. Inspect packaging upon delivery. Before opening, take photos of any visible damage to packaging that may have occurred during shipping.

This product is intended for indoor use only under normal conditions. The limited warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, or altered. Limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches.
