Step 1: Consultation Scheduling

• Option 1: Schedule a 30-minute consultation directly online at the time of purchase.

• Option 2: If no consultation is scheduled at checkout, I will personally reach out within 24 hours to schedule. 

Step 2: Personalized Design Consultation

Your consultation is the heart of the customization process. During this session, we will:

1. Discuss the aesthetic of your space, workflow, and design vision.

2. Step-by-step customization options, including:

• Material choices (e.g., vegan leather, base finishes, hardware)

• Branding options and additional features

3. Determine your bed’s completion timeline based on your selected options.

Step 3: Design Finalization

• After the consultation, you will receive a detailed document outlining your custom design choices.

• Review, sign, and return this document to confirm your order and finalize your design.

Step 4: Production and Completion

• Once your design is approved and signed off, production begins in our warehouse.

• You’ll receive updates on your build progress and a final confirmation when your custom lash bed is ready for delivery.

Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send you a final invoice. Need more time? We can hold off on shipping until you're ready to complete the payment.
